The Director of Military Operations presents

his compliments to the Under Secretary of State for

the Colonies and, with reference to letter received

from Colonial Office dated 8th April, begs to state that

copy of Hong Kong Ordinance No. 2 of 1920 was

not enchged but that a copy of the amendment No. 2.

of 1921 was ent.

The amendment is returned herewith

7 and it is hoped that a copy of ordinance No. 2 of 1920

may be forwarded.
